It is imperative that you lay down firm boundaries to allow the time and energy required to honor yourself.
You have been investing a lot of time in supporting the people around you while you neglect your own needs. This heart code is encouraging you to shift your priorities and nourish your soul before helping others.
Without nurturing your personal needs, you cannot be of true service to others. It is also a gentle reminder that people become dependent on you if you constantly find solutions for their life challenges. While supporting them is admirable, you must also allow them to make their own choices.
