RESPECT
You have become self-consumed and ignorant of the needs of those around you.
It is admirable that you have the strength and conviction to follow your dreams, but is it at the expense of those around you? This heart code indicates that your actions, or lack of actions, are affecting colleagues, employees, or people you regularly interact with.
Are you treating people with respect? Are you paying employees fairly? Perhaps your words or the way you speak to others is making them feel inferior or worthless. If you are observing a cycle of disputes, resignations, or failed partnerships it is time to contemplate why.
